A public limited company formed under the Companies Act, 1994, which has been relentlessly generating electricity for the implementation of the government's vision and fulfillment of its promise to provide electricity to households.BRPL was registered on 10 November 2010 from the office of the Registrar of Joint Capital Companies and Firms on the basis of joint venture in a joint venture of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BBUBO) and Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL).BR Powergen Ltd.
